The Smokeout 2010 was put together by Cypress Hill and Chang Weisberg, the man behind Rock the Bells. This year's festival was witnessed by over 45,000 fans outside of the greater Los Angeles area and San Bernardino. Performers included Incubus, Manu Chao, and the Hill themselves who played the first album in its entirety with a little help from our boy Travis Barker.
